Microsoft has put a DLL Help Database up on the Help and Support site. This is a really handy way to get information on DLL’s and EXE’s that you aren’t familiar with but may be a normal part of Windows. Previously I would use a Google search to find this kind of information with highly variable results. Having an authoritative database from the vendor will be a huge time saver.
